Refund policy

To request a return, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order, at health@awakenyourhealth.com.au.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returned probiotics as we can’t confidently track how they have been stored.

Please note that approved returns will need to be sent to the following address: Level 1, 101-103 Queen St Woollahra NSW 2025.  The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item/s. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as probiotics. We also do not accept returns for individualised herbal medicine tonics. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Also, we cannot accept returns on Gift Vouchers, or pre-purchased health packages.

 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
