Shipping policy

All orders are sent with Australia Post via Express Post Carrier. 

 

Postage Costs:

Standard postage is $15.

Large bulky orders greater than 3kg, that do not fit in Australia Post Express bags will be invoiced at $25.

 

Delivery time frame

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 3 business days.

You will usually receive your parcel within

Sydney Metro: 1-2 days after dispatch

Regional or Interstate: 3-7 days after dispatch

International: 7-15 days, depending on location.

 

International postage can be organised by choosing the clinic pick-up option and then calling or emailing the clinic to organise to pay for international postage which is charged at Australia Post rates.

Clinic Pick Up:

This option is available on select, pre-arranged days only.

If you have chosen this option, we will SMS your mobile once your order is ready to collect from the clinic.

We are located at Level 1; 101-103 Queen St, Woollahra, above Summers Floral.

Orders will be left in Magic Medicine Cupboard which is found at the top of the stairs level 1, to your left, opposite the bathroom door. Your labelled bag will include your paid receipt.

 

Please note that we do not post Probiotics on a Friday, to avoid them sitting unrefrigerated in a post box or delivery centre over the weekend.
